  There are totally 13 production lines for PP spunbond nonwoven fabric, as well as the width 1.6m,2.4m,3.2m (it can be cut into min 2.5cm or joint max 36m width). Our capacity can be 1800TONS/Month.
  Our nonwoven weight range is from 9gsm to 180gsm with various colors from 100% virgin polypropylene material, ensuring the nonwoven fabric can meet the international quality standard.
  Our Polypropylene (PP) Spunbond Non woven fabrics have good air permeability, use no chemicals. It possess very good bidirectional machine direction/cross direction tensile strength and tear properties. 

100% pp Non-woven is made of polypropylene, It is a new generation of environmental protection material with the characteristics of moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light weight, non-flammable, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich color, low price, recyclable and so on.
