About non-woven design fabric

Non-woven fabrics are designed with a variety of characteristics. They are universally absorbed, liquid, elastic, stretchable, soft, strong, fireproof, washable, disinfectable, buffering, filtering or protecting. These characteristics are usually combined to produce a fabric suitable for a particular type of work. Non-woven fabrics consist of fibers, filaments or chopped yarns to form a web and are joined together by mechanical, thermal or chemical means. These fabrics are made of different fibers or molten plastics to produce flat, porous plates. They are generally made by bonding or felting. Synthetic fibers are bonded together with heat or adhesives. Wool fibers or animal hair are tangled with heat, pressure or humidity to form a wool felt. The nonwoven fabric is not woven or knitted, and the converted fiber yarn is not necessary. However, they mimic the texture and appearance of fabrics. Non-woven fabrics have universal characteristics that are realized by the raw materials used and processing, such as printing, laminating, forming and embossing. They are generally created with a good balance between cost and product life. They are used in a variety of consumer and industrial products, including construction, engineering, filtration, healthcare, household, clothing and absorbent hygiene products. According to the purpose of use, non-woven fabrics have high durability, single-use durability or limited service life.
