This production line produces separate barrier meltblown materials, meltblown filter materials, hot-rolled industrial wipes, SM filter materials, SMS non-woven fabrics, and SMS composite fabrics with special functions. Between the melt nozzle and the second unwinding machine of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, a short fiber adding device is designed, which can add wood pulp or viscose short fiber to prepare a special SMS composite with high water absorption and high filtering effect. Materials, even carbon fibers or activated carbon particles, polymer super absorbents, etc. can be added to prepare composite fabrics with special functions.

It is more flexible in the selection of temperature and pressure of the hot rolling mill, so the produced SMS has good hand feeling, good air permeability and high strength, and because M is sprayed directly on the S cloth, the unevenness of the S cloth can be compensated for and improved. (9) Since this production line is melt blown uninterrupted, the S roll can be made large, and the S roll connection technology is adopted without stopping and no speed reduction, so the production line can run continuously at high speed and produce SMS The length of the non-woven fabric roll is uniform, and there are almost no joints in the produced SMS fabric roll, which is beneficial to the use of downstream customers.

Shortcomings of meltblown online composite process


The shortcomings of the meltblown online composite process are: due to the influence of S cloth, SMS non-woven fabrics with product specifications below 20g/m2 cannot be produced, so they cannot be produced for sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, and baby urine. Very thin SMS non-woven fabrics such as pants.


Since this kind of production process only appeared in December 2004, experts in the industry classified it as offline compounding, which I think is inappropriate. This kind of production process route has both the characteristics of online compounding and offline compounding. It is made by absorbing the essence of these two process routes. It is very different from offline compounding. Therefore, it is recommended that domestic experts use this process The route is used as another process route for SMS production to facilitate the development of this process route.
