Analysis of the development status of the non-woven industry in 2013

Non-woven fabric, also called non-woven fabric, is a new type of fiber product with soft, air-permeable and flat structure. It has the characteristics of short process flow, high labor productivity, significant economic benefits, multiple product varieties, and wide application range. In recent years, the application of non-woven fabrics in sanitary absorbent materials, medical, transportation, and shoe-making textile materials has increased significantly. With the development of technology, new products and new materials of non-woven fabrics emerge in an endless stream, and new application fields are continuously developed.　　 The research on China's modern non-woven fabrics began in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The industry started relatively late. In the early 1980s, it began to vigorously develop, but the output was less than 10,000 tons. In the mid to late 1990s, the development was very rapid. In addition to domestic production lines, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hunan and other provinces also introduced production lines from abroad. At present, my country's non-woven fabric industry has established a relatively complete industrial chain covering raw materials, equipment, processing, product production and trade.　　 The rapid development of the domestic chemical fiber industry provides considerable raw material support for the rapid development of nonwovens. Driven by domestic demand, the increase in domestic consumer income will also force the consumption of automobiles and medical and health products. Infrastructure construction such as railways, highways and water conservancy have also brought development opportunities to the nonwoven industry. The future development potential of my country's non-woven fabric industry is huge. The latest report of Fredonia Group of the United States shows that driven by the growth of demand for nonwovens in emerging markets, from 2010 to 2015, only the demand for nonwovens in the Asia-Pacific region will increase by 9.6% per year. In the future, demand in China It will even account for 1/2 of the total global demand.　　 China Business Intelligence Network released the '2013-2018 China Non-woven Fabric Market Survey and Investment Prospect Forecast Report' analysis, since 2009, the output of my country's non-woven products has been growing. In 2012, the total production of non-woven products nationwide was 2,364,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 27.79%; from January to June 2013, the output of non-woven fabrics reached 1,264,000 tons. From the perspective of various provinces and cities, in 2012, Zhejiang Province produced 644,900 tons of non-woven fabrics, ranking first, accounting for 27.27% of the country's total output; followed by Fujian Province, Jiangsu Province, Guangdong Province and Anhui Province Provinces, the output of the top five provinces and regions accounted for 66.88% of the total output of the country.
