Andritz launches spunlace non-woven fabric production line specially designed for Asia

Recently, Andritz launched a spunlaced non-woven fabric production line specially designed for the Asian market. Andritz Pavett's rich spunlaced technology expertise and excellent equipment produced by Andritz Wuxi factory will provide a comprehensive solution for Asian spunlaced product manufacturers. The new neXline sportaxult equipment and technology are developed for Asian customers who want to produce 7000 tons/year and are competitive in price. All key components are produced and tested in Europe, and the whole machine is produced at andreitz Wuxi factory. The neXline split axle non-woven fabric production line is equipped with a well-known 2-Doff CA21 comb machine or 3- Doff axult variowet comb machine. The latest jetsport Avantage spunlaced machine combines with neXdry Avantage compact hot air penetrating dryer to produce high-quality products at a production speed of 170 m/min, non-woven fabric manufacturers can choose between spunlaced production lines equipped with straight or cross-laid nets. This production line is suitable for the production of various raw materials, such as adhesive, polypropylene, polyester, cotton or bamboo fiber.
