Commonly used process of non-woven bag printing

by:Sunshine     2021-04-06
For the printing process of non-woven bags, there are three common ones. The first is the most used and the simplest and most common, called screen printing. This printing feature is that it can only print solid colors and print one color at a time. 5 colors need to be scratched 5 times, so the color of this printing method should not be too many, generally not more than 5 colors, otherwise the cost will be relatively high.

The second one that is used more often is film printing, also called copperplate printing. This printing color is almost unlimited, suitable for more complex printing with gradual patterns. This type of printing is characterized by a large MOQ Generally, the minimum order is 5000 bags, and copperplates need to be made. The copperplate production cycle depends on the printing color. The more colors, the more copperplates need to be produced. Generally, the copperplate production time is 6-12 days, and the copperplate cost is basically 1000 yuan/ After the color and copper plates are made, the OPP film is printed on the machine. After the printing, the OPP film and the non-woven fabric need to be combined, and then the slitting and sewing are performed.

The third kind of more commonly used is thermal transfer, also known as heat transfer. This printing method is generally relatively expensive. The advantage is that the surface of the non-woven fabric does not need to be coated with an OPP film, and it is more This process can also be used for complex colors. In this printing method, you must first perform a heat transfer according to the pattern, and then use the heat transfer machine to transfer the pattern to the non-woven fabric after the heat transfer is completed. Due to the heat transfer process, it is generally required The high temperature of about 220~240 degrees, the effect is basically equivalent to transferring the pattern on the heat transfer film made in advance to the non-woven fabric, so this printing method is called thermal transfer. As for which printing process is better to print LOGO, it mainly depends on how your printing pattern is. These three are common. If the number is not large, it is only a small LOGO with a solid color and less than five colors. Generally, screen printing is used. , If there are gradual colors and the number is not large (less than 5000), you can consider doing heat transfer. If the number is large (above 10,000), the color is more complex and the LOGO is also large, the preferred choice is to do lamination printing. It is not clear, you can refer to more non-woven bag printing classification.
