The PVA in the cloth and sodium tetraborate are fully cross-linked, and the solution becomes gel-like. Finally, the non-woven filter cloth is dried at 40 ℃ for 2 hours until excess water is removed. (2) Performance conclusion: In this paper, viscose nonwoven fabric is used as the basic material, activated carbon, sodium lauryl sulfate and polyvinyl alcohol 1788 are used as raw materials, and activated carbon is obtained through chemical dipping method and hot melt adhesive lining fixation treatment. Viscose non-woven filter cloth (VC-ACF), and after testing, characterization and filtering performance analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: a) The VC-ACF obtained by the experiment has good filtering performance for heavy metal ions and dyes, and has good filtering performance for dyes. The filtering performance of the filter is particularly outstanding, and it can be used in practice in terms of the filtering effect. b) The viscose activated carbon non-woven fabric is modified with a crosslinking agent to improve the water resistance of PVA and avoid secondary pollution to the water body after filtration. c) According to the burst performance of the material, VC-ACF can bear a certain impact force when filtering, which makes the material have better durability whether it is against airflow or water flow. d) The emergence of VC-ACF basically solves the problem of unstable shape of activated carbon powder under vibration during use.
