Early non-woven fabric production process-introduction and application description of impregnation process

by:Sunshine     2021-03-14
The impregnation method is one of the earliest non-woven material production methods, and most of the early non-woven products are produced by this method. At present, some low-grade and low-priced products are still produced by this method, such as various finger cloths in disposable materials, bag lining bonded village base cloth, packaging materials, agricultural insulation materials, etc. With the continuous progress of the impregnation production process and the advent of new varieties such as adhesives and various additives, the impregnation method of non-woven products has broadened the scope of application. For example, wiping cloth made of viscose fiber or cotton uses acrylate, vinyl acetate and their copolymers as binders, and the basis weight is about 4gm; agricultural insulation materials mostly use lighter basis weights, about 30g/m2. Covering the surface of the farmland after the seeds are sown is used to reduce the night temperature difference and resist sudden cooling weather to the seed buds. This product has good air permeability, moderate strength, can be reused, and has a low cost.
