If the temperature is too low, the pressure in the melting section will be increased, so that the slices cannot be completely melted, resulting in feeding resistance .

Three, the level of melt pressure
The melt pressure is low, the melt distribution is uneven, the thickness of the melt stream formed is different, and the surface is irregular; the melt pressure is too high, which is easy to cause the melt to rupture.

Fifth, the speed of spinning
The spinning speed affects the stability of spinning. The spinning speed is low, and the number of melt trickles ejected from the spinneret holes on the spinneret is small, easy to cool, and only a small amount of cooling air is needed to meet the process need.
