How much does non-woven fabric production account for in the industry?

The non-woven fabric industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. It is rapidly developing a mature and diverse market. According to exhibitors, the average growth rate of about 10% in the past two decades should continue this growth rate in the next ten years. Technology in the nonwovens industry has been significantly improved in almost all major manufacturing processes available, including spunbond, meltblown, needle punch, spunlace, wet and dry manufacturing. The most important point in the rapid development and commercial acceptance of non-woven fabrics is the ability to produce materials with special properties in a shorter time and at a reasonable price. The relative production speeds of various textile technologies are compared. For different textile technologies, the relative productivity of the technology in Table 2 The relative productivity of the technology is woven fabric 1-6 knitted 3-16 non-woven fabric-web formation:-Carding-Spunbond-wet spread 120-400200 -20002300Nonwovens-Combined-Stitchbonding-Needling-Calendaring-Hot-air welding 4030-50020005000 A large number of fast-acting nitrogen fibers in the market, but the nonwovens market is mainly affected by three types of fibers, namely polyolefin, polyester and viscose. These three types of fibers constitute an important part of the overall nonwoven market for fibers [5]. The North American nonwovens industry is the world's largest, accounting for nearly one-third of global sales volume of merchandise-approximately $2.8 billion-in 1997, according to estimates from the Nonwovens Industry Association (INDA). A major portion of the US market for polyolefin and polyester fibers is consumed by the nonwoven industry. Last year (1998), 57% of the share of polyolefins was consumed in the nonwovens industry, and only 43% was consumed by all other industries, despite the fact that polyolefins were the main raw material product packaging industry. Even in the case of polyester, the share increased to 14%. The main share of polyester fiber reaches the high loft industry. The non-woven fabrics produced in the world are shown in Table 5 [6]. When compared with the traditional textile industry, the growth rate of nonwovens production is very high. table 5. The cooperation between fiber suppliers and fabric manufacturers has been regarded as an important criterion, and more progress is related to the field of nonwovens.
