The average prices of Zengcheng and Conghua rose slightly by 4% and 3% last week, reaching 7835 yuan/m2 and 8198 yuan/m2. Agile Xiaoyuan Liuxi’s number of online signings accounted for nearly 30% of the total Conghua; Zengcheng’s real estate transactions with the '7' and '6' dominated the transaction, making the regional average price less than 8,000 yuan/m2.
