Internal and external treatment of flame retardant non-woven fabric

What is the inherent and treated flame-retardant fabric? What is the difference between'congenital deficiency' and'cure' flame-retardant fabric? Inherently flame retardant fibers are materials that have flame retardancy built into their chemical structure. From DuPont's aramid fiber to create essential flame retardant fiber, with brands such as DuPont™ Kevlar® and DuPont™ Nomex® products. The actual structure of the fiber itself is not combustible. It is inherently flame-retardant fiber, and the protection is built into the fiber itself and cannot be worn off or washed out. In Nomex® products, when exposed to flame, the aramid fiber swells and thickens, forming a protective barrier between the heat source and the skin. This protective barrier keeps moisturized until it cools, allowing the extra seconds to protect the wearer from escaping. The other main category is flame retardant treated (FRT) fabrics. These materials are made flame retardant by the application of flame retardant chemicals. Chemical additives on the fiber or treatment on the fabric are used to provide a certain degree of flame retardancy. In the event of a fire, chemical-related fabrics rely on chemical reactions to extinguish the flame. This reaction is triggered by the heat of the fire and the amount of time the fabric is exposed to the fire. It is very difficult to determine whether the protective device is damaged with the FRT fabric. There are some ways to test it. Unfortunately, all these test methods are destructive-there is really no way to test clothing to determine its current level of flame retardancy or arc protection value without destroying the flame or arc flash test of the clothing. The inherent flame-retardant (FR) characteristics of flame-retardant fabrics, on the other hand, cannot be eliminated or worn out for a period of time. This means that the flame-retardant properties of the inner fiber garment cannot be compromised. This is crucial for the wearer to know that flame retardant protection is always there. When assessing flame retardant technologies that are essential to the impact of flame retardancy and anti-money laundering, it is important to remember that inherent flame retardancy cannot be discolored or damaged in the workplace or money laundering activities, through exposure to chemicals, whether in Home or business. FR-treated clothing, however, can also be destroyed by a combination of chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide ('oxygen bleach') and hard water, or exposure to oxidizing chemicals in the workplace.
