The printing and bonding method of nonwovens is a technology that we often use, and many people still don't understand it. Today we will focus on the printing and bonding method of nonwovens and the introduction of its equipment. The method of applying an adhesive to the fiber web by using a pattern roller or a rotary screen printing roller is called the printing bonding method, which is suitable for the production of 20-60g/m2 non-woven fabrics. It is mainly used for the production of disposable products and has the advantage of low cost. It can be distributed regularly on the fiber web with only a small amount of adhesive. Even if the area covered by the adhesive is small, a certain strength can be obtained. The distribution of the binder is generally between 10% and 80% of the total area of u200bu200bthe web. The amount of adhesive to be applied depends on the application of the product. The process can be adjusted by the engraving depth of the printing roller and the concentration of the adhesive. Dyes can also be added to the adhesive, that is, bonding and strengthening, and printing at the same time. According to the different patterns of printing, a variety of products can be manufactured. Adhesives can be acrylate, cellulose xanthate or cellulose based, other options for bonding must be determined based on the actual requirements of the product. Compared with saturated impregnated and bonded products, printed non-woven fabrics have lower strength and limited application range, but the product has a soft hand feeling. It is suitable to use cellulose fibers to produce sanitary and medical non-woven fabrics.
