With the development of science and technology, non-woven fabric products also have this wide range of uses on synthetic leather base fabrics. Artificial leather forms two series: one is called artificial leather, and the other is called synthetic leather. Synthetic leather imitates natural leather in structure and performance. The product is based on a non-woven fabric with continuous pores and a three-dimensional structure that has been impregnated with polymer materials, and is endowed with a wear-resistant polyurethane skin layer, which resembles natural leather. The same goes for offset and grinding, with the unique air and moisture permeability of leather. Artificial leather mostly uses woven fabrics and knitted fabrics as the base, and uses synthetic resin as the main raw material to dip coating. The appearance is similar to the composite material of leather. It does not have a natural leather structure and therefore lacks some inherent characteristics of natural leather. Synthetic leather base fabric generally adopts polyester, polywashing amine or polyacrylonitrile fiber below 0.333x. The base fabric of high-grade synthetic leather generally adopts 0.00011-0.011 tex (0.001-0.1 denier) superfine fiber. In order to adapt to the processability of the current machinery and produce products with similar properties to natural leather, people have developed and applied sea-island-shaped composite fibers and orange petal-shaped split fibers, so that they can smoothly pass through the combing, Needle punching or spunlace processing, and at the same time or after forming the base fabric, produce an intertwined structure of ultra-fine fibers through dissolution or splitting. For middle and low-end synthetic leather products, 0.111~0.331ex (1~3 and) conventional fibers can be directly used for production through netting, needle punching or spunlacing, but there is a certain gap in the simulation effect of synthetic leather base The processing requirements of the cloth are relatively high. Generally, the high-density needle punching of 4 to 5 needle punches is required after the web is laid. The processed products must be uniform in thickness, smooth in surface and compact in structure. After the base fabric is processed, it needs to go through post-processing procedures such as cloth finishing, impregnation of polyurethane (PU), alkali reduction treatment, polishing and surface treatment to make synthetic leather. Polyurethane coating processing is divided into dry and wet methods, and wet coating is mostly used when processing synthetic leather. The technological process is that the non-woven fabric that has undergone polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sizing treatment is impregnated and coated with polyurethane glue, and then introduced into a coagulation solution composed of dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent and water. It solidifies to form an open microporous structure, then washes with hot water to remove PVA and residual DMF solvent, and then undergoes soft treatment, hydrophobic treatment and surface decoration processing to obtain a leather feel from the internal structure to the appearance.
