Main packaging method of non-woven fabric

The packaging methods of medical devices and dressings include closed and sealed. Closure refers to the method of repeatedly folding and forming a tortuous path to close the package and obstruct the entry of microorganisms; sealing refers to the sealing connection between packaging layers by means of heat melting.
The cotton, non-woven, and crepe paper packaging are closed packaging, and there are two packaging methods: envelope folding and square folding.
Envelope folding
Place the packaging materials on the operating table in a rectangular shape. Place the items to be packed in the center of the material;
Fold down the side of the packaging material at the top, cover the lower half of the article, and then fold it back to form a flap;
Fold up the side of the packaging material at the bottom, cover the upper half of the article, and then fold it back to form a flap that overlaps with the previous one;
Fold up the right corner of the package to cover the item, then fold it back to form a flap;
Fold the top corner of the package to cover the item, roll the flaps into the previous left and right flaps, leaving a small visible tab for opening in a sterile environment;
Pack the second layer in the same way, and seal the package with two sterilization indicating tapes;
Square Fold
Place the packaging materials on the operating table in a rectangular shape. Place the items to be packed in the center of the material;

Fold up the side of the packaging material at the bottom, cover the upper half of the article, and then fold it back to form a flap that overlaps with the previous one;
