Safety requirements for spunbond meltblown nonwovens machinery

by:Sunshine     2021-04-04
1. Before entering the construction site, the spunbond meltblown nonwovens machine must undergo acceptance, install three-level power distribution and two-level protection, and have a good electrical switch (one-way button switch must be used). When used, the equipment should be marked with a qualified license. 2. A safety baffle and a drip device must be installed above the saw blade, and an arc wedge knife must be installed behind the saw blade at 10-15mm away from the teeth. The installation of the saw blade should be kept concentric with the shaft. There should be a protective cover at the belt drive. 3. The saw blade must be flat, the saw cut must be appropriate, and the saw blade must be matched and tightened with the driving shaft. The saw blade must have sharp teeth, no two consecutive missing teeth, the length of the crack shall not exceed 20mm, and the end of the crack shall stop the crack hole. 4. Before operation, check whether the machine is in good condition, whether the saw blade is broken, and install the protective cover, and then it can be put into use after normal operation. 5. The operator should wear safety glasses; the operator should not stand on the rotating centrifugal force surface of the saw blade, and should not cross the saw blade with his hands. 6. When the wood saw is close to the end, the saw should be fed by the lower hand, and the upper hand should not directly feed the material by hand, and the wooden board should be used to push. When sawing, do not move or raise the wood from side to side; do not use excessive force when feeding the material, and slow down the sawing speed in case of wood knots to prevent the wood knots from popping out and hurting people. 7. When sawing short materials, push sticks should be used. It is not allowed to push directly by hand. The feeding speed should not be too fast. The planer hook must be used to pick up the material. When cutting short materials, the length of the material shall not be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the saw blade, and the height of the material shall not be greater than 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade. When cutting materials, the section height must not be greater than 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade. 8. Misalignment of the saw line should be corrected gradually, and the board is not allowed to be sharp. When the saw blade runs for too long and the temperature is too high, it should be cooled by water, and the saw blade with a diameter of 60 cm or more should be sprayed with water during operation. 9. If the wood gets stuck in the saw blade, post-processing should be stopped immediately.
