Abstract: The content of super absorbent avant-garde and processing parameters have important influences on the water absorption performance of super absorbent fiber non-woven materials. Eight groups of superabsorbent fiber non-woven fabric material samples were prepared through formal tests. The processing technology, application conditions and superabsorbent fiber content of the samples were studied by analysis of variance and graphical analysis, followed by hot rolling temperature and acupuncture temperature; water absorption temperature The application conditions such as drying temperature and external pressure have obvious effects on the water retention capacity of samples. Super absorbent fiber is a kind of functional fiber with strong water absorption capacity, which can be used in the development of a variety of absorbent materials. Super absorbent fiber non-woven fabric material is a kind of non-continuous, non-homogeneous porous body composed of multiple layers of non-woven materials with different densities. Due to the characteristics of the porous body structure and the characteristics of the fibers , So that it has good permeability or adsorption capacity for liquids and gases. This paper studies the water absorption of superabsorbent fiber non-woven materials. Conclusion According to the rescued experiments, the following conclusions can be drawn after comprehensive analysis: (1) The content of superabsorbent fiber is the most important factor affecting the water absorption performance of superabsorbent fiber non-woven fabrics. (2) The processing technology has an important influence on the water absorption performance of the super absorbent fiber non-woven fabric material. As the needle punching speed increases, the water absorption performance of the product becomes better; when the hot rolling temperature increases, the water absorption performance of the product decreases. (3) Application conditions have a significant influence on the water absorption capacity of super absorbent fiber non-woven materials. Under normal circumstances, when the liquid temperature is 40 ℃, its water absorption capacity is the largest. As the temperature increases, the water absorption capacity decreases; the higher the drying temperature, the faster the moisture dissipation speed; the pressure increases, the water retention capacity decreases, but it is still Keep 70%-90% water retention rate.
