Water-soluble non-woven fabric

Water-soluble non-woven fabric (water-soluble non-woven fabric) is a new type of disposable textile fabric or clothing accessories produced by using water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber as raw material and adopting the impregnation non-woven fabric process. It is a water-soluble functional non-woven fabric, which is an environmentally friendly product. Currently, it is mainly used as an embroidery base fabric.


The water-soluble non-woven fabric has good dust absorption and water absorption. The product has high wet strength, does not shed fibers, and is soft and elastic after absorbing water. Its main ingredient is water-soluble PVA fiber, which is non-toxic and pollution-free. The material determines the water-soluble temperature of the water-soluble non-woven fabric. When it is immersed in water, it can slowly dissolve, and the dissolution speed will increase with the increase of temperature until it is completely dissolved. It is widely used for computer hollow embroidery base fabric, suitable for flat embroidery machine and high-speed embroidery machine with lining material. After the flower shape is embroidered, it can completely dissolve and remove the water-soluble non-woven fabric in water at 90°C to 95°C, leaving the three-dimensional flower shape.


The airlaid water-soluble non-woven fabric has similar vertical and horizontal strength, which is suitable for the rusting of various types of rusting machines. Our company has 6 water soluble cloth production lines with a monthly output of more than 300 tons. The technical level is relatively high.
