1) Tidy a) Raw materials are stacked neatly. b) Put maintenance tools and loose parts in the tool box. c) Plastic turnover baskets are neatly stacked, and sanitary utensils are neatly placed in designated locations. d) It is strictly forbidden to place flammable materials, and it is strictly forbidden to place tools and auxiliary materials on the machine platform. e) Spare parts should be kept clean, oiled and rust-proof, and stored neatly in designated locations. f) The whole equipment is in good condition. 2) Cleaning a) Clean the product contact surface on the production line before starting up, so that it is clean and free of debris. b) The appearance and surrounding site are clean and free of debris and oil. c) The rear transmission room is clean: the surface of the body, the straight gear box, the differential motor and the synchronous wheel. d) The outer surface of the machine is clean and the site is clean. Clean the passage, under the machine and clean the windowsill and wall feet. e) The electric control device should be kept clean and complete. 3) Lubrication a) All cutters, cut rollers, and linoleum should be kept moist and add lubricating oil in time. b) Check the lubrication condition of the chain and add lubricating oil to the insufficient ones. c) Check whether the main bearing is well lubricated, whether there is high temperature or abnormal sound. d) Only use water and alcohol when scrubbing rubber parts, plastic parts, and painted parts. 4) Safety a) Abnormal noise occurs during the operation of the production line, stop and adjust in time. b) All belts and timing belts are in normal working condition. c) The inner and outer cutters are adjusted properly. d) Regularly inspect the operation status of electrical equipment. e) Inspect the working status of electric control cabinets, electric control components, motors, solenoid valves, etc. on the control panel at any time. f) Frequently observe the working conditions of each part, and immediately stop the machine for maintenance if abnormalities are found. g) The whole machine has no failed parts.
