But after a period of trial, users report that S960 cannot be used to produce thin non-woven fabrics below 40g/m2, and the non-woven fabrics produced are prone to discoloration and cannot be used in the production of high-end products. 'If S960 can stably produce thin non-woven fabrics below 40g/m2, it can replace our company's imported materials. 'In order to meet the requirements of customers, the Guangzhou Petrochemical New Product Ru0026D team analyzed in detail the impact of the polypropylene polymerization production process on the product's micro-performance, and successfully produced a new generation of S960 in December 2011 by adjusting additives and improving process parameters , The product performance can meet the user's requirements for stable production of thin non-woven fabrics below 40g/m2, replacing the company's similar imported materials. The quality upgrade is endless. In March 2012, Guangzhou Petrochemical further upgraded the quality of S960, so that the raw material can be used to stably produce high-end ultra-thin non-woven fabrics below 15g/m2, and the product performance is comparable to Borealis HH450FB .
