How to divide the flame retardant non-woven fabric according to the composition?

The flame-retardant principle of flame-retardant non-woven fabrics is that flame retardants need to be added during production to achieve the purpose of flame retardancy. There are many kinds of flame retardant components, including halogen flame retardants, organic phosphorus and phosphorus-halogen flame retardants, intumescent flame retardants and inorganic flame retardants. According to their main components, they can be divided into three types: polyester flame-retardant non-woven fabrics, polypropylene flame-retardant non-woven fabrics and viscose flame-retardant non-woven fabrics.

1. The main component of polyester flame-retardant non-woven fabric is polyester. Polyester fiber is a chemical fiber and is a polymerization product of terephthalic acid or diethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol.
Features: high strength, good elasticity, good heat resistance, smooth surface, good wear resistance, good light resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. Viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber.
Features: It has good moisture absorption, lower breaking strength than cotton, environmental protection and non-toxic.

3. Polypropylene fiber is a synthetic fiber made from propylene.
Features: high strength, good wet and dry strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The flame-retardant non-woven fabrics are divided into the above three types of non-woven fabrics according to the composition. When we use them, we should understand some of their characteristics, and use the flame-retardant non-woven fabrics in the correct way.
