How to find the cause of quality problems in non-woven products
1. Let the production personnel know that there can be no color difference, let them analyze the reasons and countermeasures, and check and control during the production process.
2. Is there any problem in the process of adding color masterbatch to the equipment? The color masterbatch mixer is screw type. Whether there is a difference between low speed and high speed, it may be inaccurate when it is just turned on. Whether the equipment has been rectified, and whether it is actually added in the same proportion each time.
3. Color masterbatch quality assurance, UV-resistant pigments, the same color content. The manufacturer must ensure that the same formula and the same grade are used every time. If something goes wrong, we will make a claim.
4. Samples with standard colors are required, and samples are taken and compared with the samples each time the machine is over-powered. Only when there is no problem can we start making products. The shutdown transition is also the same. Pay attention to the color changes during the production process, deal with problems in time, and cut off the problematic ones. Clean up the place where the color masterbatch is added to prevent debris from falling into the machine and blocking it. Products with different colors of the two die heads will also be discarded.
5. The side of the big roll that has just come down is good and bad, so check and analyze the problem. If I look at it from the side, I will refuse to accept the goods and tell the production and quality management personnel that we will make a claim if something goes wrong.
6. Add 2% ocher masterbatch, and the parameter on the screen of the equipment is 7. The same parameters are guaranteed for the next production and cannot be changed.
7. For the recycling input of waste scraps, the two extruders must be the same, and the waste scraps generated by this product should be added.
8. There must be a standard sample cloth at the production site.
