1. Let the production personnel know that there can be no color difference, let them analyze the reasons and countermeasures, and check and control during the production process.
2. Is there any problem in the process of adding color masterbatch to the equipment? The color masterbatch mixer is screw type. Whether there is a difference between low speed and high speed, it may be inaccurate when it is just turned on. Whether the equipment has been rectified, and whether it is actually added in the same proportion each time.
3. Color masterbatch quality assurance, UV-resistant pigments, the same color content. The manufacturer must ensure that the same formula and the same grade are used every time. If something goes wrong, we will make a claim.
4. Samples with standard colors are required, and samples are taken and compared with the samples each time the machine is over-powered. Only when there is no problem can we start making products.
