Hubei 'Four Boards' launched 'Xiantao Nonwovens Sector'

Xinhuanet, Wuhan, December 9th (Chen Jun and Peng Junhao) 8 companies from Hubei Xiantao collectively landed on the Wuhan Equity Custody Exchange Center on the 8th and listed for trading, which also marks the official launch of Hubei's Fourth Board of Xiantao Nonwovens Sector . So far, the number of enterprises listed on the Hubei'four board' market has reached 1,907.　　 Xiantao is known as the 'China Nonwovens Industry City' and is the world's largest nonwoven product processing base. In recent years, the Xiantao Municipal Party Committee and Government has attached great importance to and vigorously supported enterprises in leveraging the capital market to achieve healthy and rapid development, supported and encouraged enterprises to enter the 'New Third Board' and the fourth board OTC market, and accelerated the pace of local enterprises entering the capital market. As of December 8, 2016, Xiantao City has hosted 28 registered enterprises in Wujiao Center, with 310 million shares in custody; 23 listed and traded enterprises, all of which are joint-stock companies. At present, there are 1,907 companies listed on the Wuhan Equity Custody and Trading Center; a total of 5.086 billion shares have been traded, with a total transaction amount of 9.05 billion yuan; a total of 972 equity financings have been completed for 340 companies, with a total financing amount of 57.514 billion yuan, of which equity direct financing 28.772 billion yuan, 28.742 billion yuan of equity pledge financing. In the future, Wuhan Equity Custody and Trading Center will better play its market functions as a comprehensive financial service platform for enterprises, such as image exhibition hall, financing reservoir, IPO preparatory class, and development booster, in order to standardize the cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises and expand enterprises.
