Non-woven fabric composition, the exact name of non-woven fabric should be non-woven fabric. The main uses of non-woven fabrics can be roughly divided :(1) Medical and health cloth: surgical clothes, protective clothing, disinfection cloth, masks, diapers, sanitary napkins, etc; (2) Home decoration cloth: wall covering, tablecloth, bed sheets, bedspread, etc; (3) Heel cloth: lining, adhesive lining, FLOC, shaped cotton, various synthetic leather base cloth, etc; (4) Industrial cloth: filter materials, insulating materials, cement packaging bags, geotextile, coated cloth, etc; (5) Agricultural cloth: Crop Protection cloth, seedling raising cloth, irrigation cloth, heat preservation curtain, etc; (6) Others: space cotton, insulation and sound insulation materials, oil-absorbing felt, smoke filter mouth, bag tea bags, etc. The three major fibers used in the production of non-woven fabrics are: polypropylene (Accounting for 62% of the total)Polyester (Accounting for 24% of the total)And viscose fiber (Accounting for 8% of the total). At 1970 ~ In 1985, viscose fiber was the most used in production, but in the last five years, polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber began to have an advantage in the fields of sanitary absorbent materials and medical textiles. In the early production market, the consumption of nylon was very large. Since 1998, the consumption of acrylic fiber has started to rise, especially in the field of artificial leather manufacturing.
