Nonwovens need to be updated quickly

In 2008, my country's industrial textile output reached 6.062 million tons, an increase of 11.42% year-on-year, making China a veritable major producer. However, the situation that does not match with my country's major industrial textile production countries is that my country's non-woven equipment and technology lag behind similar foreign equipment and technology, and are in a state of running behind others. The reporter interviewed Professor Guo Bingchen, a senior consultant of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, on how to speed up the independent innovation of non-woven equipment in China.  Reporter: Could you please introduce the development of my country's non-woven equipment. u003cBRu003e   Guo Bingchen: my country's non-woven equipment has generally gone through several stages of introduction, digestion, absorption and independent production. Since the 1970s, some equipment has been introduced in China. After the 1980s, a group of private enterprises formed a wave of marching into the field of non-woven fabrics. Representative enterprises were concentrated in Changshu, Jiangsu, forming a non-woven fabric industry cluster. After the 1990s, these companies successively imported a batch of high-end nonwoven spunlace and spunbond production equipment to advance into the nonwoven industry with greater efforts. Subsequently, China Textile Machinery Corporation decided to enter the field of non-woven equipment. Some state-owned textile machinery companies, such as Qingdao Textile Machinery and Zhengzhou Textile Machinery, began to assemble and produce non-woven equipment production lines. After several years of development, a group of self-developed domestic nonwovens equipment companies have successively equipped them, and they have realized exports to India, Egypt and other countries.  Reporter: What is the current status of my country's nonwoven equipment?   Guo Bingchen: Due to the short production time of non-woven fabric equipment in my country, there is a big gap with foreign countries. The overall status quo can be summarized in a few sentences, that is, private enterprises use more, equipment-based autonomous products are less, equipment processing capabilities are weak, and functions are in poor condition. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade its technological content as soon as possible. Furthermore, my country has independently researched and developed some equipment, breaking through the technological monopoly of developed countries, and producing advanced equipment with independent intellectual property rights, such as a 3.2-meter SMS spunbond production line, a two-component spunbond spunlace superfine nonwoven production line, etc. . In addition, after more than ten years of use, most of the equipment is aging and in a state of being obsolete, so it is urgently needed to be replaced.  Reporter: What suggestions do you have for the future development of nonwoven equipment?  Guo Bingchen: I think the finishing equipment of nonwovens needs to be strengthened. Because the non-woven fabric processing process is short and the products are mostly coils, the requirements for finishing are high. The quality of finishing equipment directly affects the quality of the end product and the level of added value. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously improve the technology of finishing equipment Level, realize the product upgrade of non-woven products with environmental protection and energy saving finishing equipment. The first is to develop functional nonwoven products, such as flame-retardant, antibacterial products, coated nonwoven products, etc., which require advanced nonwoven equipment support. Therefore, the equipment must meet the requirements. The second is to innovate products, not just copy the styles of foreign products, and encourage enterprises to make independent innovations in equipment. The third is to divide labor and cooperate, give play to the joint efforts of state-owned and private enterprises, and jointly build a mainstream base for non-woven equipment. As far as I know, more than 100 spunbond production lines produced by Wenzhou Changlong Chemical Fiber Company have been sold, and their products have passed the quality and standardization certification of the authoritative department. This shows that both state-owned enterprises and private companies can do a lot.
