Pigeon Company stated that during the self-inspection process, it was found that the surface of the non-woven fabrics of some batches of Pigeon baby wipes produced on the aforementioned date was dirty. Dirt mixed into the product may not achieve the expected cleaning effect, and in extreme cases may cause adverse reactions such as skin allergies of the user. Pigeon Company stated that it will provide the original price return or exchange service for consumers who bought the product, and please stop using the product immediately, and consumers can call the service hotline for return and exchange consultation. Statistics from the China Tissue Paper Industry Committee show that from 2014 to 2015, the production and sales volume of wet wipes is about 40-45 billion pieces, and the market size is about 2.5-3 billion yuan.
