Practical application of pretreatment technology in non-woven fabric factory

Non-woven fabrics are divided into pre-treatment and post-treatment processes in the production process. Different processes have different functions. Today we will discuss the specific application of non-woven fabric pretreatment technology in practice. The printed fleece grey fabric should be washed in 1 to 2 grids before printing after raising, to wash away the short fleece attached to the surface and reduce printing defects. After dyeing, the dyed flannel is rolled with a non-ionic softener and then raised. The quality of raising is required to be short and uniform, with little loss of strength, and the width of the cloth is controlled within the specified requirements. After bleaching, it must be washed and dechlorinated. The bleached flannel is whitened with fluorescent whitening agent, and it will be raised after drying. The pH value is 9.5 to 10.5, and it is stacked at 20 to 30°C for 45 to 60 minutes after rolling. Bleaching is also to remove pigments and cottonseed hulls. Chlorine bleaching is generally used for cotton flannel, and the bleaching liquid contains effective chlorine 2~3g/L. The concentration of lye in the second rolling is 70% of the amount of the first rolling groove when starting up, and the other conditions are the same. A proper amount of wetting agent is used to roll alkali at 90~95℃ and keep at 70~75℃ for 1.5h; desizing is an important process of flannel pre-treatment. The desizing process is as follows: alkali rolling → stacking → alkali rolling → stacking → Washed. The concentration of caustic soda in the first rolling is 18-25g/L. Flannel does not singe under normal circumstances, and sometimes the non-lint side of single-sided fleece can be singed. There is also a process of raising the pile first and then performing the pre-treatment. When the grey cloth contains a lot of wax, it is easy to pile up, and it can reduce the number of drying times during post-scouring and bleaching. The flannel pre-treatment process is roughly as follows: preparation → (singeing) → desizing → (scouring) → bleaching → padding softener → raising → washing. Therefore, the entire pre-treatment process requires heavy backing, light cooking or no cooking, heavy bleaching. In order to facilitate the raising, the pre-treatment requirements of the flannel are desizing and impurity removal, and have a certain degree of whiteness and permeability, but the waxiness of the cotton fiber should be preserved as much as possible. The pre-treatment process is closely related to the quality of the flannel. Flannel is the weft of the fabric is pulled up part of the fiber with a needle roller on a raising machine to form fluff, which makes the fabric have the characteristics of good warmth retention, high moisture absorption, soft and thick texture. Flannel is one of the main varieties of fleece fabrics, which is different from corduroy and velveteen.
