Professional process of nonwoven needle punching (the latest and most complete)

The acupuncture process is very flexible and diverse. Sometimes only one needle punching machine can produce the required needle punched nonwovens. However, in most cases, in order to improve production efficiency, meet product quality requirements and certain special requirements, it is necessary to arrange several acupuncture machines and related equipment into a process in a certain order. There are roughly two Aoimoto modes of process flow. One mode is to connect the main acupuncture and the pre-acupuncture into one assembly line, and the pre-acupuncture fiber web can be directly fed into the main acupuncture. This arrangement is conducive to continuous production, can improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. The other mode is the discontinuous type, that is, the pre-needling and main acupuncture are installed separately. The pre-needled web is wound first, and then transported to the main acupuncture machine before being unrolled and fed to the main acupuncture machine. If there are more than two main needling machines, the main needling machines can be arranged into a production line. It has good adaptability to the broken arrangement, and it is convenient to change the variety. For example, in order to improve the uniformity of the product, two layers of pre-punched webs can be fed into the main needle punch at the same time. When designing, how to arrange the process flow should be analyzed in detail and cannot be generalized. Usually the main considerations are: (1) Product performance and appearance requirements. (2) The ability and degree of automation of acupuncture machine. (3) Site conditions. (4) Worker quality and management level.
