Raw material of fiber non-woven fabric
The raw material can be recycled fiber or even waste fiber. Recycled fibers come from agricultural non-woven fabrics, automotive interior textiles, home textiles-such as curtains, carpets and cushions, crushed old clothes, and so on.
Waste fibers originate from almost all textile production processes from fiber processing to fabrics, including cutting and sewing in self-made garment factories to the production, unpacking, mixing, carding and spinning of man-made fibers. Almost all fiber materials can be made into non-woven fabrics using the processes mentioned in this article.
To produce non-woven fabrics with these materials, it is extremely important to ensure the supply of different specific quality raw materials to ensure the stable quality of the final product. It will be easier to build a larger collection center with sorting and cutting/shredding equipment. The larger the quantity of existing raw materials, the more stable the supply of specific quality can be guaranteed.
If the classification, cutting and crushing of raw materials is only to satisfy a non-woven production line, unless a large amount of fibers of various qualities are stocked, the stable supply of the required raw materials cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, it is advisable to arrange a collection, sorting and crushing factory to supply multiple non-woven fabric production lines.
