At a new starting point, the Chinese textile industry is guided by the five development concepts of'innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing', with the main line of advancing supply-side structural reforms, and focusing on increasing varieties, improving quality, and creating brands. During the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan' period, the total fiber processing of China's industrial textiles increased by 10.3% annually, and the proportion of total textile fiber processing increased from 20% to 25%, which strongly promoted the structural optimization and industrial upgrading of China's textile industry. The development of the industry has made great contributions to important areas related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, such as medical and health, ecology and environmental protection, safety and protection, transportation and agricultural production, infrastructure construction and aerospace development.　　 The '13th Five-Year Plan' is the decisive stage for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and a crucial period for building a textile power. The systematic advancement of supply-side structural reforms, the accelerated development of science and technology, the concentrated release of policy dividends, and the continuous upgrading of consumer demand have created broad development space and huge market opportunities for the industrial textile industry. It is estimated that by 2020, the proportion of bag (electric-bag) dust removal in coal-fired power plants will increase from the current 25% to more than 40%; the domestic medical textile market penetration rate will increase to 15%; the domestic adult care products market penetration rate will increase Increase from less than 2% to 10%. Throughout the '13th Five-Year Plan' period, China's industrial textile consumption demand growth will maintain an average annual growth of more than 8%. From the perspective of development direction, the future China's industrial textile industry will focus on strategic emerging industrial textiles, environmental protection industrial textiles, health industrial textiles, emergency and public safety industrial textiles, 'One Belt One Belt' supporting industrial textiles, Six key areas including military-civilian integration and related industrial textiles. China is currently the world's largest producer, trader and consumer of non-woven fabrics. Its output accounts for 40% of the world's total, and its exports by weight account for one-fifth of the world. From 2011 to 2015, the compound growth rate of China's non-woven fabric production, main business income, total profit and export value were 11.7%, 21.6%, 24.4% and 13.9% respectively. Non-woven fabrics have become the most important part of China’s textile industry. One of the most active areas of investment and growth.　　 Currently, the globalization of the non-woven fabric industry is accelerating, and the interdependence between China and foreign markets is strengthening. The sustainable development of China's non-woven fabric industry is inseparable from the global cooperation of resources, technology, management and market; foreign non-woven fabric enterprises also need China's vast consumer market and production capacity with comprehensive competitive advantages. The world economy is undergoing in-depth adjustments, the pressure on resources and the environment is gradually increasing, the cost of production factors is rising rapidly, the trade pattern is constantly adjusted, and science and technology continue to innovate.
